An Oldie But Goodie Video of MP

A great video of Melissa Paris from the start of her 2008 season. Talks a bit about girl racer issues. She said she’d been racing for three years, and I was like, wait, what? So I went back and checked some old AFM results and saw that she did some Formula III races with the AFM in 2005. I guess in 2008 she had been racing three years, so now as an AMA pro, she’s got four years under her belt. Pretty remarkable for someone who only took MSF as a twenty-year old (and is now, what, 26?) and is racing against guys who’ve been on bikes since grade school. Way to go Melissa.
